Virtual Classes 

Whether you're here or there I am here to help. By scheduling classes virtually I can reach you where ever you choose to be. We work on all the same things as in-person classes through phone or video consultations. 


In-Person Private Lessons 

Every class is tailored to you. We work on meditation through breath work or conscious exercise. Some classes can vary anywhere from mindful walks or sensory experiences from sound to silence. We experience ourselves fully so we can begin to understand where we need to address our attention. 


Ayurvedic Approach 

There is no arguing with the science of life. I add some Ayurvedic techniques to help you experience what it means to live in sync with the seasons of the world and the seasons of your life.
