Ayurvedic Yoga for Sports

Ayurveda is the science of life. There are so many ways to incorporate this medicine into our lives.

I offer ski or snowboarding conditioning with these principles in mind.

The goal is to help the body find balance in preparation for the activities that lie ahead.

Every individual is so unique in the way that they show up for an activity that my classes are personally tailored to the individual. I'd love to help you show up with more confidence and flexibility in any sport you pursue.

Currently based in Colorado, most of my clients are involved in winter activities but I can incorporate this knowledge if you need it for any sport or activity.

Guided Meditation for Health

We create the road map that our body follows through our mind.

Our thoughts are private and for us alone to enjoy; as much as we'd like to cover up the thoughts we can't avoid, they show up by sending warning signals through our bodies. A good example would be back pain or soreness related to restlessness or anxiety.

Our physical is a reflection of our mental state. If we appear out of balance, that has a lot to do with an imbalance in our thoughts.

Meditation is a wonderful tool to help begin to heal the nervous system and calm the mind. This can be done alone or with a guide.

I am happy to help if the latter is needed.

Moving With Intention

Imagine walking down a path, and instead of missing all that you pass, you are able to appreciate it and really take it all in.

And while you take this all in, you are walking with each step carefully and consciously to allow yourself to continue walking down that beautiful path.

Feeling more connected with your movement opens up a world of possibilities for your flexibility.

It's not just about exercising to get in shape, it's about understanding HOW you are moving, to understand where you'd like to go.
